The Divisions
Gold Division
The top tier of competition. Gold Division teams are the most experienced and competitive in the league. Regular-season standings determine the top 4 playoff seeds.

Built for developing players and competitive teams looking to grow. The Silver Division is where great careers begin. All skill levels are welcome.

Know the Game
League Rules
7-on-7 Format
Each team fields 7 players. Games consist of two 20-minute halves with a running clock, stopping only in the final 2 minutes of each half.
No Contact
Flag football is a non-contact sport. Blocking is permitted above the waist. Any intentional contact results in a penalty or ejection.
Scoring
Touchdown = 6 pts. PAT from 5 yds = 1 pt. PAT from 10 yds = 2 pts. Safety = 2 pts. Defensive TD on PAT = 2 pts.
Season Structure
Regular season runs 8 weeks. Top 4 teams per division advance to single-elimination playoffs. Championship game crowns the division winner.
Roster Rules
Minimum 7 players, maximum 15 on the roster. All players must be registered before their first game. Free agents are placed by the league.
Sportsmanship
Unsportsmanlike conduct results in a 15-yard penalty. Two unsportsmanlike penalties in one game results in automatic ejection.
